Mark is an Australian Indigenous man from southeast Queensland and northeast New South Wales regions. Mark’s specialised areas include Indigenous leadership and intercultural communication and engagement

Mark is a gifted facilitator and presenter with several years experience in leadership management consulting, community education, leadership training, church and community organising and youth work across business, community and government sectors.

In 2009 Mark was recognised by The Australian newspaper as being one of the top 100 emerging leaders in Australia. In 2010 Mark won The Grand Final of the ABC’s Strictly Speaking recognising him as one of the top public speakers in Australia.

Mark’s employment history across a range of sectors has crafted a unique skill set and wealth of experience. These roles include: Director of Regulation and Incorporation Support Services (Training) at the Office of the Registrar of Aboriginal Corporations, Chief Executive Officer for the Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre, Leadership Strategist working specifically with emerging leaders, Lecturer and Curriculum developer, and Project Coordinator for youth work.
