facilitation, personal leadership, coaching

Paul is an experienced facilitator and designer of personal leadership and organisational change programmes.

Following a career in IT, and in part due to his experience as a manager in that field, Paul made the transition into leadership development. Since 1998 he worked as a Senior Consultant within the global learning function of Royal Dutch Shell as part of what was then a global transformation project. He was responsible for designing, facilitating and managing a suite of core leadership development programmes. He also designed and facilitated specialised workshops and projects to aid businesses with development of strategy, vision, problem solving etc. Paul went on to established his own consultancy practice based in Melbourne, Australia.

Through his work he has helped people in several countries and businesses achieve significant transformation at a personal, team and organisational level. He has also trained and coached many other facilitators.

Paul's primary interest is in the development of self awareness, personal accountability and relationship skills as the foundation for success as an individual, team member, leader, parent, partner, teacher... He believes that such a foundation equips people to be authentic, to create purpose, to lead self, to lead others and to foster an environment which enables others, including our children and young people, to fulfil their own potential (and who in turn will become purposeful individuals, leaders, parents, partners, teachers...). This is the foundation for social well-being.

In addition to his coaching and leadership development work, Paul works pro bono for a youth services organisation in Melbourne and was involved in the first Reos Partners work in Australia for the Child Protection sector.
