Canada faces a momentous challenge in making a successful transition to a high-efficiency, low-carbon economy. The purpose of the “3E” (economy, energy, environment) Initiative is to improve the quality and effectiveness of public and private action to address this challenge. In 2007, we started to help build this alliance of 40 leading politicians, businesspeople from the energy, finance, and industrial sectors, environmentalist activists, researchers.
