Learning Festivals

We bring together practitioners and thought leaders from around the world. Reos Learning Festivals bring together thought leaders and social innovation practitioners from around the world to share ideas and exchange insights in a co-facilitated, co-designed, and collaborative learning space.

Often multi-day or week-long events organized around a particular theme or idea, Reos Learning Festivals are seedbeds for innovation within the field of social innovation. At our Learning Festivals, we seek to push the boundaries of our ideas, challenge ourselves to learn, and most of all, have fun.

Our festivals include dialogues, or plenary time with relevant contributors sharing their wisdom and perspectives; modules exploring different aspects of the convening theme in a more detailed engagement and learning within narrower themes, and creative processes to experience different ways of understanding and structuring creativity.

Using these tools and processes, we work to step out of outmoded and inadequate ways of working, and to embrace the gifts and possibilities of our collaboration and work in a sustainable and generative way.
