Courses

We help build individual and team capacities in social innovation.

Our courses offer hands-on exposure to the workings and applications of the U-Process (Scharmer 2009), systems thinking, prototyping, scenarios, participative leadership, appreciative inquiry, and other tools and processes of social innovation. Each course is tailored to the particular group of participants and their region, and is focused on a particular unique social challenge. Our core offerings are our Change Lab Course and our Scenarios Course.
